Sea ray 170 CB sports boatsEquipped with a 262 Mercruiser V6 and Alpha 1 stern drive with Laser 2 Stainless steel PropellerThe boat has been extensively renovated throughout its life and benefitted from a full motor recon 3 years ago including new pistons, bearings, valves, push rods etc as well as all new ancillary parts such as:New Carb, Alternator, starter motor, waterpump, thermostat, fuel pump, exhaust manifolds and risers etc The outdrive was removed and the gimble bearing replaced along with a new waterpump impeller assy and fluids etc giving it a clean bill of health.The stereo system was replaced with new waterproof speakers. The addition of LED lighting, 12v socket, nav lights etc as well as the control handle which was replaced as the old one did not include a kill switch The boat was used following the renovation works a handful of times throughout the season and performed very well and proved to be very quick.Unfortunately due to work and family commitments the boat has been in storage for the past 2 years.It includes a galvanised anchor and rope as well as original green cockpit cover and Bimini top.also included is a new waterproof overall cover which I brought in case it should have to be stored outside as well as new trailer straps for safe towing.The boat was removed from storage and after replacing the battery it fired into life straight away. I successfully water tested the boat last week and everything seemed ok.There are only 2 minor issues that came to light 1: Trim gauge is not working, 2: Gear selector is stiff going from reverse to neutral (but improved throughout the water test)I have recently replaced the trailer bearings and bearing savers as well as replacing the access steps to make them safe to use and to give piece of mind when towing Despite the braked hitch and link rod being in place the previous owner had the brake system removed which has never affected my style of use, however this system could be easily replaced should it be required.The hull is clean and has never been antifouled or painted so is in very good condition with only 2 minor marks from launching.The boat could benefit from a bit of minor tlc and can be easily prepared for the fast approaching season.The boat is located at my shop in Whitstable, Kent and can be viewed by appointment only Please feel free to email me if you have any further question or would like to view.£4499Cash on collection only Vessel is sold as seen and can be seen running and operating 0phone
