4 metre Avon Sea Rider RIB with Outboard Motor and Trailer. The boat has been painted to the original RAL colour along with the console.This is a very stable RIB in all conditions and features the flooding hull which Sea Riders are well known for. The hull is twin skinned and this feature means the inner hull fills with water to make the RIB more stable when sitting idle in the water and empties at the back when pulling away. It is a popular RIB used by a lot of training schools and the RNLI and emergency services. The outboard is a 1997 Mariner 40hp 2 stroke 2 cylinder with electric start and power trim and tilt, it is economical on fuel.In June 2019 it had a new pump impeller and water housing kit fitted and the carburettor was cleaned and serviced.The outboard was purchased from a sailing club who had the outboard from new on their rescue boat so has only had light use.The gear select and throttle cables were new in June 2019.

It comes with a 25 litre Quicksilver fuel tank. The trailer is a Snipe trailer. The wheel bearings have been cleaned and re-greased using marine grease.It has suspension and is very easy to tow and is in good road worthy condition and includes a trailer light board. The RIB has a stainless steel A frame to which stainless steel navigation lights and anchor light are fitted. There is an electric bilge pump and an elephants trunk drainage sock fitted to the transom.The console seat is hinged and lifts up to reveal adequate storage, a 12 volt lead acid battery is fitted within.

There are also two round hatches on the console for easy accessibility. The bottom of the hull has a heavy duty keel guard to protect the hull in case of grounding. The tubes are made of Hyperlon, have been re-seamed and have black Hyperlon wear patches on them.There are some patches on the tubes but they do not affect the use of the RIB in any way.A manual air pump is included.This is a great boat and is extremely stable in the water.
