Avon Adventurer 560 Rib

It is an Avon Adventure D560 with a Mercury 125 outboard motor.. The rib was last used in Sept 2013 and as such will need a good service. There are two jockey seats, one full width rear bench seat and one forward facing front console seat (wide enough for two people). All seats were re-upholstered in 2010. The motor is 1998 and was in good condition, serviced by Hydroplane services in Aughton from new . There is an electric bilge pump.

There is a tear in the cover after some high winds, but those could be patched properly fairly easily. There are no flares right now as they went out of date. The rib is from 2002/2003 and I’m the third owner. The boat had been put on stands whilst the trailer was fixed unfortunately the trailer got stolen from the garage along with battery & spark plugs. Hence the price being so low.

The stands themselves cost c. £400 and we are happy to include these into the purchase. Similar ribs on the market seem to be going for £6,500 to £8,500 depending on condition. On the rib there is: - The Lawrence X75 is the fish finder with the Garmin and Furuno both GPS navigators (not sure why there were two). I only ever used the rib off Knott End and once in Angelsea so I only ever used the fish finder and the radio.

I never used the Autohelm. - There are two fuel tanks. The main one is at the bottom of the main console. It used to cost me around £100 to fill her up so I guess that the tank is the around 65 liters. There is also a back up fuel tank under the front bench .

- There is an electric bilge pump - Bottom left dial is the speedo - There are two anchors. You can see both on the photos although i think the one secures to the deck has never been used - There is loads of storage. Big space under the rear bench seat, big space in the 'glove box' (i.e. Under the main console), There are bits and piece with the spare fuel tank under the front bench and with the anchor in the forward locker.
