Avon Rib Boat 4m Category C Rib With Snipe Trailer Amercury 25hp 2 Stroke Engine

For sale is my Avon 4.01 Rib. I am selling this rib as I am moving up to a bigger boat come the summer it comes with a snipe trailer, and is equipped with a 25hp Mercury 2 stroke engine. The rib features both electric start and manual pull start in case and I have put a water filter on the fuel line due to the E10 petrol. The rib has a lot of paperwork and history enough for a file. Originally purchased by the army cadet force it has been maintained meticulously over the years with invoices to prove.
Due to the cadet force owning it I am pleased to say it has all the original manuals and instructions with it as well. It didn't see much use with the cadet force and I purchased the rib last Christmas when I found it rotting in a MOD yard which I was working in. Since then I have undertaken the work needed on her to put her back to her former glory. I have had 2 patches put on her as she was deflated when I found her. See pictures.
She holds air all season now. The engine has also been serviced twice and winterized in my care. As well as putting the water filter on. The trailer is in good condition UK made by snipe. Very easy and light to manoeuvre and store.
The engine starts and runs lovely. The condition of the boat is very good inside. The seats could do with new ply backing as after 20 years they are starting to loose condition. Thank you for viewing my ad. Collection no delivery.
