Avon Rib Searider 4m With 2005 Honda 50 Engine, Electric Tilt

This is our Avon Rib Searider 4m with 2005 Honda 50 Engine with engine and throttle adjustable tilt and trim. It is very reliable, economical and sought after engine which is mounted on an Avon Searider 4m with flooding hull for stabilisation. It also has a custom made aluminium A Frame. The boat is presumed to be the same age as the engine but I'm sure if you ring Avon and quote serial number 00382 they can tell you how old it is. The 50hp is the maximum capacity engine for this boat, as you can imagine it does go very well.

You can water ski off it and there is a water ski 'eye' high mounted on the very robust A Frame. The boat whilst totally seaworthy would benefit from a good hull cleaning and a fresh anti foul. The tubes look tatty but all hold air very well all be it there is some loss in the front and right hand one, they will deflate completely over a matter of months as I found out when I brought it out of winter storage. I will sell the engine separately with the controls if requested but I am given to understand the engine is worth £2000 on it's own. The boat comes with a trailer which is totally serviceable with good wheels, tyres and bearings.
