Avon Rover 280 Rib With Console & Mariner 2 Stroke 10 Hp Outboard

This is an Avon 280 RIB with 2 stroke Mariner 10 hp It runs really well with a console and seat. I had it as a tender on davits but as these are premium RIBs and built to last it was just too heavy for my davits and had to be replaced by a smaller dingy - which was a shame as this is excellent ride ! It is in fair condition but would benefit from a professional RIB clean and some TLC. The tubes are solid, but valves are probably in need of replacement / repair as one in particular leaks when the outer cover is off. There is some scuffing to the outer of one tube from where it hung on the davits, but the hyperlon is sound beneath.

The engine is a 2 stroke Mariner 10 hp which is quite sought after now ( they fetch c £1500 alone) and is in great condition having been fully serviced in 2019 shortly before the RIB was decommissioned. There is some scuffing to the cowling. Gear shift and steering is all good, but would no doubt need to be re-lubed as the RIB has sat for 12 months. One pair of oars & seat cover included If bought separately this would be worth c.£2750 in good condition, but priced to sell and reflects the fact some cleaning and repairs may be needed. NOTE THE TRAILER IS NOT INCLUDED AT THIS PRICE (I'd be prepare to deliver to within 30 mins of J9 M25 for cost of fuel)
