Avon S250 Inflatable Sports Boat With Evinrude 4hp Outboard

The boat is in excellent condition with no repairs and leaks. It has marine ply wooden floorboards and the valves have been replaced by Avon as shown in the pictures. It has an inflatable keel that produces a vee hull beneath the floorboards when inflated. The bow dodger has two tears that have been stitch repaired, again shown in the photos. The boat can accommodate engines up to 25hp but I have only ever used a 15hp engine (not included) and with two up the boat is very sporty and responsive at sea.

The sale includes an Evinrude 4hp twin outboard engine. The lower engine casing is missing and that frame is damaged on one side as shown in the pics, however it starts easily, pumps water and runs well. The ignition coils were replaced a couple of years ago. When in place, the boat and engine can be easily pulled along the beach to the water.

When at sea the wheels are inverted clear of the water. I am happy to supply a sketch of the brackets that could easily be fabricated by a sheet metal worker. This is a really fun, solid and safe boat and at 10’ 6” long it can accommodate up to four people.
