The Avon Searider 5.4m is considered one of the toughest, most seaworthy craft for its length available and this example whilst not young or particularly pretty will outperform and outlast any of the modern RIBS currently on offer. With its flooding hull and large diameter buoyancy tubes it is totally stable at rest and the deep V hull makes light work of rough seas.The Mercury 70 is the renowned 3 cylinder pre-mix 2-stroke with power trim/tilt and comes with single lever remotes, control cables, wiring harness etc. The one-man steering console is new and there is a complete used steering system, so all the bits and pieces are ready for installation. The outfit is a project ready for the engine to be connected, the console/steering fitted and there is the possibility of a trailer (not shown) at £500 extra cost to the winning bidder. Extras required are a new trim switch for the controls (trim does work but button missing) and a battery, plus a few hours fitting the console where best suited for fishing, skiing/wake boarding, or just family boating, plus rigging of the motor etc.
