The Avon Searider was the benchmark for what a sturdy built boat should be. The Mercury 70 powers it along with ease for ski or tubing. I have used it for fishing, as it has a flooding hull. When stationary the bottom of the hull floods and makes it a very stable boat. Great for kids and families, power on, and it all empties very quickly to get on the plane.

The Hypalon tubes are in great condition with two small repairs on top that were just wear from ropes. 4" round patches. I have a huge, full service manual for the engine. Starts and runs on one turn of the key. Its not a flash day boat that people will eye up in the marina, but its built to last, and not silly money.
