Avon Supersport Inflatable Rib 4m, With Trailer.

Ok here we go again. Back on again due to a dreamer. If you buy this rib please make sure you have a tow bar and are not 500 flipping miles from South Devon! This an original bullet proof grey Avon hypalon Supersport rib, - they literally don't make them like this anymore! I have owned this rib for 8 years after searching for this exact model without the centre console making it a far superior load/passenger carrying boat.

You can see in the pics where the console screws are so of course you could put one in but we have found it far better without one. During my ownership she would be used for 3 months in the summer and then stored and since changing boats she has not been in the water since 2014. She has been used as a family transport, diving boat and even a race support boat for a yacht - great for getting spare sails in. I ran her with a 25hp long shaft which was fast enough and being the 4m version her performance out at sea is excellent. She even helped with a lifesaving rescue being first on the scene due to her speed in chop.

Of course she is not perfect, with wear and tear commensurate with her age however she has no patches and does not leak either air or water. I have tried to show all the chips on the hull and the one tear near the transom. She is on a snipe trailer which I towed her down to Devon on and few local trips since. I put new wheels, bearings and a jockey wheel on 4 years ago and it tows fine. If you want to take her to Scotland I would just hire a van and put her in the back!

She comes with the original pump and repair kit plus some non original paddles and sits on a trailer in South Devon, near Galmpton ready to go. She only needs a suitable long shaft motor and you are afloat for relatively little money. She is advertised locally and so I reserve the right to end early. Cash on collection please.
