D-459 Ex-Rnli Inshore Lifeboat With Original 40hp Mariner Engine & Rnli Trailer

Ex-RNLI Lifeboat D-459 Margaret and Fiona Wood D-class Inshore lifeboat, D-459 was in service from 1994 - 2001 at North Kessock then 2001 - 2004 RNLI Relief fleet. A very expensive Avon EA16 type boat, all Hypalon and marine-ply construction with stainless steel fittings. D-459 is still very complete with original spray deck, stainless steel spray hood support, battery / grapnel anchor/ flare storage lockers, navigation lights, 2 x very rare, original fuel bladders with new fuel lines fitted and original (rare) deck shock pads. Also included are 2 x new RNLI issue Gull wooden oars and a new RNLI Silva marine compass. New hull inflation foot pump also included.

Original 2001 ex- RNLI 40hp 2 Stroke short-shaft Mercury Mariner outboard, complete with working inversion modification. Engine is in full working condition and fully serviced in July 2019 including a new impeller and thermostat. Many Quicksilver engine items included, including a new Quicksilver large capacity fuel tank and fuel line. Original ex-RNLI heavy duty galvanised road / launching trailer included with new winch, new mudguards, new spare wheel and new light bar / road lights. D-459 is in superb, original, virtually complete condition with hardly any patches.
