Ex Rnli D Class Lifeboat (Inflatable Hypalon Boat)

What a fantastic boat and rare to come up in this condition. (Will be sad to see her go) Her number is D349 Has been a life saving vessel ten went on to be in the RNLI relief fleet. The engine is the very sort after later model Mariner is fantastic condition under the hood looks like new the prop is good condition and has the hydraulic gas lift system. The engine is just being serviced and has never missed a beat. She still has the original tool kit under the hood with the RNLI inversion proof valves.

She holds air very well, like all ribs over 3 weeks she looses some air due to the tubes heating and cooling it only takes a couple of pumps to make her rock hard again. She is made of high grade hypalon fabric and reinforced all over with 7 air chambers which are coned off internally so if you did get a puncture only a small section would deflate. She comes into her own in surf as you can see from my photos I have had lots of fun!! And more importantly she is safe and stable in these conditions. Rarely she has the bow canopy and the original anchor box in the bow normally these are removed but this is a fantastic example of an original well kept piece of history.

It amazes me for the age of this boat how it still out preforms and is far better quality than the modern pvc alternatives. Included in the sale is a trailer in good condition and very easy to launch and recover I can do this singe handed. I am looking for a Zapcat/Thundercat as have recently joined a race team if not for this i would not be selling. The boat is being serviced once finished I will add more photos.
