Rib Avon Searider 4.2m With Trailer

Bought this to take me to my mooring of my sailing boat but now it is on a pontoon , doh the expense!! Anyhow it has to go. It's well used but functional and a cracking design with the double deck so very stable and seaworthy for its size. The seat is not ripped and there is storage under for a battery and/or fuel tank there is a steering cable. The tubes have been patched a couple of times and the hand holds are a bit worn but tubes hold air.

There is one small area about the size of fifty pence, I would patch it (see picture), although it's not losing air there but the top surface is rubbed away so I wanted to do it. I might do it if I have time not a difficult job. If not, I will include the proper repair kit. The hull is quite good not too much in the way of wear that I have seen. The deck is totally solid just needs a lick of paint purely cosmetic, The trailer is fine maybe a homemade job but it seems sound, I have trailed it over some long distances no problem and does the job, all solid.

I have a nice Tohatsu 20, 2 stroke long shaft by separate negotiation or source your own engine (long shaft) it would happily take up to 40 possibly more but even with a 20 it will fly. If you want to really load it up with gear and people then maybe a bigger engine but depends on your usage, I guess. I have had one similar before with a 20 and it was just great.And please you bid to buy none of this 'oh I did not realise it was used etc' It is an old rib, I have trid to be as honest as posible, hull and deck are sound tubes are what they are but I was totally happy with ithem and less chance of it being nicked so suited me perfectly. ********NO PAYPAL PLEASE****
