Vesta Adventure 4.5m Rib With 30hp Suzuki 4 Stroke And Snipe Trailer

Lovely Vesta Adventure rib reluctantly up for sale! I have owned this boat for about 2 years having bought it to fill a gap while my big rib was being repaired and now the big one is working again I can't keep both so sadly selling this one which has been a great little boat! Relisted due to buyer pulling out as he bid on two boats and he won both and the other boat was closer to him :( Its the best seating and console layout I have seen in a rib this size and has been ideal for running up and down the estuary here at Exeter and around the coast to teignmouth. Its a pretty boat in nice colours and is very comfortable, and with the 30hp on the back does around 25 knots, I've not actually clocked it to be honest as it doesn't have a speedo or GPS. Its a 4 stroke so you very rarely have to top up the oil and it is very efficient on the unleaded fuel.

The engine has full electronic trim and tilt. Its a key ignition start with kill cord. The battery is in good condition and holds lots of charge. The boat has a bilge pump that works well directly off the battery. There is plenty of storage under the front hatch and the fuel tank and spare fuel can fit nicely under the back seat.

Altogether a very tidy setup! I bought the boat from the original owner in Exeter and I believe the boat and engine have been together since new and are roughly ten years old. The engine is a 4 stroke 30hp Suzuki that starts first time every time and runs well. Its very smooth and reliable. The previous owner had a new tell tale tube fitted to improve the water flow as the original tell tale got clogged up frequently.

Other than that the engine is as it was when new. Both the engine and the boat have signs of wear appropriate to 10 years use. The engine only has a couple of scratches that could easy be filled and painted. The boat has one patch of damage to the starboard side rubbing strake that is just visual. The starboard cone also has some excess glue on it that could do with rubbing off with acetone as the previous owner did a small repair job to the tube and clearly got carried away with the glue!

Other than that you are buying a complete package that is ready to go for the summer. The trailer is a snipe that is in great condition and is also the original trailer for the boat.
