I used 18mm osb all joints were glued with foaming glue and screwed. Underside of osb was resined before fitting and then everything was fibreglassed and top coated. Will need bushes in leaf springs replacing I only use for marina storage over winter and launch and recovery so not got them done. 2 Berths in cabin2 seats on deck that lay flat for sun bathing Rear bench seat One job that will need doing when she comes out of the water is lower shift cable as reverse is not engaging started playing up after I dropped her in the water at beginning of the season. I have not found this to be an issue on the swings mooring tho.
