Due to a change in work commitments it has not been possible for me to maintain and use the vessel in the manner accustomed to over the past 10 years and would therefore require some refit and servicing. The following basic work would be recommended however would not prevent from immediate use of the vessel:-NOTE: The following are estimates only and should not be considered as actual costs. 1/ Basic engine service, cost of materials:- £852/ Re-upholster cockpit seating and replace cabin head linings:- £600 NOTE: As the trailer was used for launching in salt water, the brake linings would require to be replaced before transporting by road. The brake linings will be replaced by myself, or by alternate arrangement with the buyer on concluding the sale of the boat and trailer. HISTORY: The vessel “PEGASUS” was in service with the current owner since 2007 and has cruised in waters around the West coast and inland lochs of Scotland, also lakes of North England.

The hull design on the Bayliner 2252 Classic is very sea worthy vessel being classed in group (C) for Coastal cruising and more than capable of being handled safely in force 5 seas. The vessel has a full complement of safety equipment though some of this would require normal routine servicing. The general condition of the vessel reflects her age and extensive use for pleasure cruising and diving. The interior would require some TLC to restore upholstery and head linings, this is all reflected in the reduced price for the vessel. The engine has been serviced regularly.

Any inspection is more than welcome with prior arrangement with the owner. NOTE: The Buyer will be required to pay a non refundable deposit of £200 to cover cost of servicing the Road Trailer.
