Bayliner 2452 Ciera Express

Bayliner 2452 Ciera Express, year 2000 Engine 5.0L 220 V8 Petrol I have owned this boat for the past 7 years. She is moored on the River Hamble and has been taken out every year for 3 months and antifouled.Various work and servicing completed over this time, but most notably the exhaust manifolds and risers were replaced in 2013, starter motor in 2019 and the bellows last year. Equipment includes Raymarine Dragonfly-7 (2 years old)Garmin GPS 72HLowerance Link -8 VHF radio She does require some minor maintenance/repair : Window seals leak and need replacing ( not a huge issue but does cause dampness/mould in the winter months). Fridge, microwave and water heater need wiring in to run off shore power. In fairness, the boat would benefit from a complete re-wiring (not a difficult job, but a time consuming one!).
