Bayliner 26ft Cabin Cruiser Speed / Fishing Boat, 230hp V8 Mercruiser & Trailer

Bayliner 2651 cabin cruiser with 230hp Mercruiser inboard engine and 2.5 Ton 4 wheel road trailer I am reluctantly selling my 26ft Bayliner cabin cruiser, which I have owned since 2010 and enjoyed some great times in. It is a very spacious family sized boat with a covered deck / cockpit area, plus a large inside cabin / sleeping area, which includes a cooking area, sink and toilet cubicle, with running water. The boat has provided some very enjoyable experiences and I would love to keep it – but the pandemic has changed my work and income and I can now no longer justify the marina fees and storage costs. So after much deliberation I have decided to sell the boat for a new owner to enjoy. The boat has been mainly used for days out cruising around the coastal waters off North Wales, in areas around Anglesey, the Menai Straits and Conwy river estuary – and as such it has seen a good amount of normal usage.
There are plenty of signs of general wear and aging – so please do not expect anything else. That said - the hull is watertight and structurally sound – the engine works well and is super reliable - and overall the boat is in fair condition for its age. The boat has recently had in the region of £5K spent on it, which has included the following: Jan 22 - Brand new fully fitted high quality boat cover - which cost £1950. May 22 - Brand new genuine Mercruiser - Apha One, outdrive leg just fitted - which cost £2500 May 22 - Full engine service, new gear oil, exhaust risers cleaned out and new gaskets fitted - £650 Also included with the boat is a fully galvanised, 4 wheel, braked trailer - with swing roller system which originally cost over £5K. It has just been fully serviced and is ready for immediate use. Canopy / Cover Brand new professionally fitted custom boat cover Cost £1950 at the beginning of this year after the previous cover was damaged by a storm last winter. The cover is fully modular and consists of 8 different sections which can each be removed / added as required – so it is very versatile for all types of weather. The new cover is dark grey in colour as you can see in most of the photos – but please note that some of the pictures show the boat with its previous dark blue cover. The swing roller system is fully functional and makes launching and recovering the boat really easy. The boat and trailer combined weigh a little over 3 Tons and can be easily towed by a vehicle with a 3.5 Ton towing capacity. The total length of the boat and trailer is probably just over 8m. The boat is currently ashore on its trailer and ready for towing immediately – you will just need a rear registration plate and a vehicle with a towbar that can tow.3.5T. It is currently located at a boat yard near the Menai Strait in North Wales and will need to be towed away from there please. I have listed the boat at a very cheap starting price to generate interest. Similar boats regularly sell for upwards of £15K without a trailer. The trailer alone is easily worth £3K - so no silly offers please.
