For sale is my 2008 Bayliner 285, 6 berth cabin cruiser . It is in excellent condition , still sails and feels like it was new . Very easy to handle boat with smooth controls and a Bow Thruster for easy manuvering and mooring. A lovely running low emmitions Mercruiser 6.2 MPI v8 engine with only "115 hours". A "brand new", Bravo 3 outdrive , gimble bearing and transom shields fitted by a mercruiser engineer which comes with a " 2 year Mercruiser warranty from September 2016 " when it was purchased , and s/s duo props .

Well fitted out galley, microwave/grill, alcohol/electric hob, 12/240v refrigerator, hot/cold water sink with mixer taps, cupboards and draws. Comfy seating with dinning table, insulated wine rack, 12v/240v tv/dvd player. Forward berth and Queen size mid cabin berth . Head with hot/cold water, sink and mixer taps, shower and flush toilet, holding tank with maserator pump out to sea. Loads of deck seating, Helm has full instruments, Northstar GPS, VHF, bow thruster control, remote search light, windless anchor, trim tabs .

Hi Joe, I'm keen to view your boat which looks to be in very good condition. I live in London, so before arranging a trip all that way, or taking up your time, I would really appreciate it if you wouldn't mind answering a number of questions I have, listed below. I am very much in the market for a boat of this kind so am giving it serious consideration - hence all the questions/enthusiasm to know.: - How long has the boat been on the market? - Does the boat have a name and, if so, is the name officially registered? - Is the price - tax paid? - What condition is the canopy in? Is it the 2008 original? - Are there any areas of the upholstery that need attention or replacing? - Are the floor coverings inside and outside the cabins a laminate wood or carpet? - I assume as the boat is on salt water that it does not yet have a boat safety certificate? I would need to get one for a river mooring. - Does the boat have a transom shower? If so is it hot and cold or cold only? - Is the main table at the rear of the boat wood or white plastic? - Does the boat have a heating system? - That's a very big engine what is the cruising speed and roughly what is the fuel consumption like pre hour?
