Bayliner Bowrider 175 Xt 2004 3.0Ltr Speed Boat Inc Trailer & Accessories

2004 Bayliner 175 that i have owned since 2019. I am advertising simply because i have not used in the last two seasons due to the lockdown and then time restraints so it seem pointless for it to sit there in the barn any longer when someone out there can be having fun in the sun!. The boat : It's in good over all condition for the age, it for sure is not new but it's clean and tidy even in the engine bay and under floor hold, does have some marks and scuffs/scratches here and there from when the last owner tied her up and storm waters made her scuff up the side where the jetty was, but she does shine well with a good polish up, Interior again is clean and tidy with some wear here & there, had a new teak look Marine floor put in at great costs but they did a very a poor job at fitting it round the edges!. All dials work along with the Marine stereo, (the actual dashboard has some flaking paint work), bilge pump, blower etc and is a pleasure to drive. The Engine : It's the stock 3.0L and always starts on the key, runs very well with good oil pressure and only having covered 158hrs use.
Does have some corrosion on the sides but as you will have noticed if your looking for these boats most do. I did a full service when i got her in 2019 inc all filters and oils etc and have only used a few times since, oil is still clear and had only about £200 worth of fuel through her if that. Had a new Genuine trim and tilt pump and res in 2019. But, i would recommend a full service and check over before you use as it has been sat for two years, I did de-winterize as best i could and she started straight up and ran well as usual, pumping water fine and sat there happy, trim and tilt working fine, battery fine, thermostat opening, good oil pressure etc but i can not guarantee anything! , as said I recommend a full going over and inspection before use, it's best to be safe than sorry.
But i am happy to start her up again for anyone who would like to view, bring your marine mechanic if you wish! , no problem at all. The drive : The drive and leg are all in good condition, did have a new bellows fitted and gimble bearing in the servicing before i bought her, there is some pitting and scratches/wear as can be seen, but it selects gears fine both forward and reverse, lifts up and down and has never been a problem, i did as said a full gear oil change when i got her and that's all really. Will come with the 19P Mercury Marine "Vengeance" prop as shown. The Trailer : It's the standard trailer that they all came with from new, the American type with a UK hitch conversion on bunks, again this is all good as when i bought it i had the complete axle off and blasted / Powder coated along with the wheel rims and new bunks too, new Tyres / wheel bearings with savers / mudguards / even chrome wheel nuts too.
I also had a full LED permanent light kit fitted with internal wiring, so the lights are fully submergible, so no messing about with a light board and wires, easy and simple, just bring your numberplate. Tow's very well indeed, no brakes are fitted but i have the old shoes that can go with her, and all the back plates are fine, i just never re-fitted them as i had hardly any road distance to travel to use the boat, but have kept all in place so easy enough to re-fit everything again, it does look like it has brakes as its all still there inc the wire etc. Safety cable and good swing up jockey and winch too. Ready to go. Extras : Will come with both the covers as shown, i also have a small anchor with rope, a O'Brian ringo with rope lead, ski handle and lead, some flares and fuel cans etc, and anything else i can find will go with her too.
I am in no means at all desperate for the money, i don't want a PX, and have plenty of room to store her again for another few years, so please respect this. I am simply giving someone else a chance for some fun. I would like 10k for her as been having a look at its seems its where they are at for this year and type, but i will accept 8.5k as she is not perfect, & that also will give who ever buys her £1500 to go towards a full service and check over and any parts or making the paintwork perfect again, and any other little bits that someone would like to do. If i don't sell i will book in with the local Marine guys and have it all professionally machine polished & gone over and serviced with anything that needs doing, but this would then be 10k.
