BAYLINER 26' with an OMC COBRA 5.8L Petrol Engine. This boat is being sold to recover outstanding mooring fees under the Torts process. As such, we are unable to provide any warranties, guarantees or further information about the boat. Any visual inspection is encouraged however we are unable to permit any mechanical testing. Please do not rely on the photographs as an inventory as personal items or other equipment could be removed by the owner.
Boat is lying at Upton Marina and will be sold to the highest bidder with no reserve. Please note that there has been some rain water ingress into the cabin from what appears to be a leaky window seal and the carpets and upholstery has suffered from damp and mould. Moorings at the marina for this boat are available but not guaranteed and an application will need to be made to keep the boat here if desired. We will allow a period of 14 days free mooring from the auction end date for the buyer to make arrangements to moor, store or remove the boat.
