The vessel was out of commission for 18 Months and as such the interior has suffered with mildew damage which has affected the upholstery and head linings. The two corner seats at the stern would require replacement if needed. Due to a change in work commitments and poor health it has not been possible for me to maintain and use the vessel in the manner accustomed to over the past 12 years and would therefore require some refit and servicing.

The following basis work would be recommended however would not prevent from immediate use of the vessel:- 1/ Basic engine service, cost of material …… £120 2/ Re-upholster cockpit seating ……………. £370 3/ Replace cabin head lining ………………. £250 NOTE #1 The boat and trailer are being sold as 'A PROJECT BOAT' The hull and top-side are sound, the engine and electronics are in good working order. The Cockpit seating and cabin linings could do with being replaced due to wear and mildew damage. The Road Trailer would require new brake shoes to enable transportation by road.

All of which can be done with the cost of materials and basic DIY skills. A good opportunity to buy a sound boat and to be able to put your personal mark on it with interior fittings and design. NOTE #2 On accepting the purchase of the boat as listed, the Buyer would be required to pay a none refundable deposit of £200 within 48 hours. The balance would be payable in full within 7 days from date of purchase. N NOTE: #3 The boat is currently stored at a secure marina compound.

The new owner would have to make firm arrangements for the removal of the boat within 60 Days from paying the full purchase price, or can make their own arrangements for ongoing storage at the marine. Any inspection is more than welcome with prior arrangement with the owner. HISTORY The vessel “PEGASUS” was in service with the current owner since 2005 and has cruised in waters around the West coast and inland lochs of Scotland, also lakes of North England. The hull design on the Bayliner 2252 Classis is very sea worthy which is classed for coastal sailing and more than capable of being handled safely in force 5 seas. The general condition of the vessel reflects her age and extensive use for pleasure cruising and diving.

The interior would require some TLC to restore upholstery and head linings, this is all reflected in the reduced price for the vessel. The engine had been serviced regularly until more recent poor health. Last full service was 2015. Vessel last used in June 2016. ALL ENQUIRIES ARE WELCOME.
