6 Birth Birchwood 25 River Cruiser Norfolk Broads

This is a 1975 Birchwood 25 foot River Cruiser. Sleeps 6. It's a little on the tatty side, but works well. I'll list out whats what. Engine, works well starts first time.
Hot Water and Shower all work well, there is an emersion that is heated by the engine. Water to taps in gallery all good, and the outflow of the water from the sink is good, a little pump turns on and it goes out the side. There is a heater, but I have removed the gas (pipes and heating system still place at the moment. I'm in the process of removing the gas system as I do not want it on there, but have not yet removed the pipe work other than the can fitting. I intent to use a camping gas can top for cooking like in a camper van, a 12V Cooler box as a fridge and I want to do away with the heating as we do not use it.
No gas means less agro on the safety cert. The safety Cert is good until 2023 (I'll check what month). Tax until July 2023 Toilet; there is one, its one of those pump ones, but I have no idea how to use it.. I think there is a switch or a valve I need to turn somewhere bu I have no idea, we just use the one at the mooring at the moment. This is a stern drive, it's all looks to work well, but I know nothing about them.. its turns when we go out on it so I'm happy. I've taken the curtains down as they took up so much window space, I'm in the process of having news ones made, but if we sell I'll let you do that.
The cushions are ready for a recover, all but one are in good nick, just a little ugly. I'll try and update with some more photos when I get home. Any questions just give me a text or a call.
