Birchwood 20 2 Birth Boat

Birchwood 20 2 Birth motor cruiser Boat. 20 foot boat located in Wroxham Norfolk Ford Petrol 1.6 Crossflow engine reconditioned 18 months ago Canopy replaced recently working toilet and tap fridge(need to check if this still works !) 2 years remaining on mot The boat has not been used for months and needs a good clean. The boat can be collected by buyer and sailed to another location on the Norfolk Broads but the owner is actually happy for it to be kept at the present site subject to a mooring agreement contract ..currently £40 per week which may be more favourable to the buyer as mooring is highly sought after in this location. Alternatively the boat can be transferred onto a trailer and taken to another area of the country. We do not have a trailer.. sorry.
