Birchwood 25 4 Berth 1974 Requires Tlc

A well loved boat. She was happily sailing up and down the river three weeks ago and we were blissfully unaware of any issues. Survey results have shown that there is water damage to the transom and we were advised to take her out of the water - she is now on hard standing at the marina.She is an old lady, so some minor ailments that come with age but nothing major besides the transom as of 1st June 2022 when we took her out of the water.
