Birchwood 33GT Cruiser Project - Bargain!!!

For sale is my Birchwood 33GT Project boat. Genuine reason for sale, I have now moved and the boat is too far away and I just don't have the time. Currently dry docked near Gloucester with very cheap storage (About £120 a month). They also have the facility to put the boat in the water) Please be aware this boat still needs lots of work! But lots of hard work has already been done.
What you see is what you get! Fantastic sized boat, loads of room upstairs and downstairs. Bedroom at the front, bathroom, downstairs seating area and kitchen, upstairs seating area and rear deck. - Bedroom ceiling will need the core replacing or injecting. - lots of tidying to do and finishing on the outside but generally all there.
- Kitchen ripped out but all useful bits kept including sinks, oven, fridge etc. + Twin Volvo Penta AQ170 engines, both ran beautifully, carbs off the one engine (ready to rebuild them) with brand new rebuild kits for both engines carbs. + Twin Volvo Penta 270 Drive Legs (One removed again ready to clean up) and again comes with rebuild kits for bellows and hoses etc. + New aluminium fuel tank or a choice of a few older plastic ones. + New 1000L fresh water tank fitted with new pipework.
+ New 400L Waste tank fitted again with all new pipework. + Brand new electric flush macerator marine toilet included. + Small washing machine. + Twin fresh water pumps - one brand new (Was going to pump separate hot and cold for best water pressure and showers!). + Loads of new deck fittings, all cleats and new hardwood mounting blocks.
+ All new timber rear frame for the decking built and fitted. + All new plywood flooring throughout. + Partly fitted and very expensive (and correct for BSS) brand new room sealed instant boiler. + Captains chair. + So many spares come with this boat there is almost too much to list!
Loads of stainless steel nuts, bolts, screws, Sterling 3000w inverter, Lights including new deck lights, fitted window covers, bits of refurbished hardwood trim, navigation lights, radios, etc.+ Hull inside all cleaned and painted.+ Brand new tub of anti-foul paint (Underside jet washed ready!)+ Im sure there are loads of extras that I have forgotten to mention. So all in all a great project that has most of the bits ready to finish! I have the original receipt from when I purchased the boat and a full receipt will be given to the new owner. More than happy to come down and show the winner around the boat or simply transfer ownership and off you go! Before buying please take note!
