Birchwood 35 Liveaboard Project

Perfect cheap floating home project powered by twin 6354 perkins turbo diesel one starts and runs on the button the other is untested as it needs an alternator but does turn over fine extirior was all done last year all new anodes anti foul new antislip deck done aldo top coat doesnt have the original windows as the previous owner removed them unknown why but replace with tinted plastic one's not the nicest but work i suppose intirior is the place that needs some love to make a nice cheap floating home was rentend out for over a year with it not being treated very nice. A its on shafts with 2x perkins 6354 turbo diesels with raytheon auto pilot system installed all works fine diesel heating hot water boiler power shower all work veiwings welcome happy bidding open to sensible offers these boats make 30k upwards in nice condition cheers
