Torianos was built by an enthusiast in 1980 from a hull built by Birchwood in 1976. Instead of the usual canvass cockpit covering it is completely enclosed which makes this aft-cabin-cruiser much more usable than ordinary boats in its class. Specifications:LOA is 33' 6" (10.21m) Beam 11' 2" (3.4m) Draft 2' 9" (0.91m).Twin Ford 4CL Diesel Engines with Mermaid Turbos.160 (~730 Litres) Gallons of Fuel held in 4 tanks6NM/Gallon (~ 3 kilometres/litre) (dependent on environment and operating parameters)Top speed is 22 knots and it planes ~12 knots. Due to lockdowns and distance Tori has had little use and the batteries have suffered and need replacing. One of the pump out valves has a broken handle.
Both of these issues can be resolved on the day the new owner collects. There are a number of navigation devices and echo sounding equipment which were not used and will be left on board for the new owner too. Since the boat was built it was owned by the same person until 2017 when it was sold to new owners. They sold it on to me as they were moving to Portugal.
