Birchwood Pesident 37

Frascati is a Birchwood President 37' Fly Bridge Coastal Cruiser, built in 1981. Currently Berthed at Hull Marina. For sale, on behalf of my mother, due to bereavement. The boat has not left the marina for some time, it was used as a holiday home up until the Covid lock-down. The hull will need anti-fouling and the boat will need some attention and servicing before leaving the marina.
The bilges are dry and the living space is comfortable and in a usable condition. Accommodation consists of a large saloon/seating area, separate galley with U shaped dinette. There are two double cabins, one fore and one aft, each cabin has en-suite head and shower. Fly Bridge with seating and sundeck aft. Propulsion is by twin Volvo Penta diesel engines on Shaft drives.
Both engines start and drives engage. She has been a fantastic boat over the years but is in need of a new owner with the time and energy to make the most of her.
