Birchwood President 37 Turbo Houseboat

Birchwood president 37 turboBoat is in good overall condition but needs tlc ,boat was not used for many years , but was left with a dehumidifier running , she has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite , galley dining area ( table drops to a 3rd double birth) large salloon and a lot of deck space ,I was going to do the boat to live on but have decided I like my old pilot boat so she has to go as I don't use her , you could move on the boat straight away , and she can be moved , engines are fine , but the raw water pumps have a leak so new seals required , 4 batterys on board are all good , boat is wired 240v a.c. And 12vdc , , it hasn't been out of the water so is overdue a clean and antifoul instruments on fly bridge are no good but engine panels , Morse controls and hydraulic steering is all fine , overall this boat is an easy fix , these are priced around 49k so priced at 33k acordingly I could be interested in a px.
