Im 80 and to old to be bothered by stupid questions from people who dont know the difference from a stretcher to a stringer, or what wicking is and has it been bled>< Honestly I would rather get a farmer to dig a hole and pay him to cremate this friend of mine! Bought a birchwood boat a lovely red hulled GENTLMANS boat, Finished in dark mahogany, a fair example of its time; and removed everything, to inspect and rebuild, to a high spec. What will it cost to finish. Probably the time and money that two buckets of international paint are going to set you back, to paint the hull. Though I dare say you could Tcut your way to glory if maroon/purple is your thing.
I am not going to put cushions and soft furnishings back, to make it look good. The person that buys this will want to see it just as it is!!
