35ft Broads Cruiser 1968 Built By Ernest Collins Wroxham Norfolk(Heavenly Broad)

Here I am offering my Classic Low Line Bourne 35ft 6 berth Cabin cruiser these boats rarely come for sale, with this amount of work completed and to this standard, this boat was built by Ernest Collins of Wroxham in 1968, and I am looking for offers over £23,000 it has recently under gone a full external refit all new, roof, decks, windscreen, all chrome rechromed, multi coat varnish finish on mahogany timber,the hull is of GRP and is the original Gel coat and polishes up superbly, no filler anywhere knocks or bangs, it is a 6 berth,2 singles aft double in centre cockpit and 2 singles forward,having shower, toilet and sink,behind centre cockpit, forward cabin has toilet and sink, galley kitchen with fridge and multipoint heater, requires bring back into service, stainless steel, water and waste tanks,with 12 and 24volt electrical systems, externally she is superb, I have all the history of the boat and all the work completed since I have owned her, documented along with photographs, 18months ago I spent over £12000 on the external refit. I have all history and money spent from previous owners to loads of history, she was orginally called Seamew 2,the boat has never been a fleet hire boat only private use. The engine has done only approx 2500hours from new and starts on the button and is orginal she also has a Borg warner gearbox. Webasto blown air heating needs service, the internals need re-varnishing and new carpets throughout and painting curtains throughout, the big bills are done now its just cosmetics, I would love to finish it but just ran out of time I have owned her for about 6 years, but if I don't get what i am looking for I will complete and readvertise, for a much higher price, this is good winter project to either rent out,or use or even live aboard, she is as original as you could get internally, with original deco style lighting, no rot anywhere just needs cosmetics internally to complete. Heavenly Broad is currently moored in wet shed under cover near Stalham, these moorings can be transferred, provided the new owner meets the criterior of having the cruiser insured and vessel safety certificate which she has and 3 years to run, Please note she needs a minimul of 76" air gap to pass under the lowest bridge and that is unloaded height, obviously with more load there would be greater displacement, so possibly a little less, this Bourne is classed a low line.
