Chaparral 1930 Bowrider Speedboat

Here is my 1930 chaparral bowrider. Lovely boat for year giving us lots of pleasure with its 4.3 injection engine. Everything works as it should except the power tilt and trim clock. It will on occasions spring into life giving a flicker here and there but don’t hold out for it. However the leg goes up and down as it should so you can listen for the Revs raising when you tweak it just right for maximum speed.

The boat will need to be re-antifould I realise today on pulling it off my mooring at Christchurch. I have jet washed it off the best I can but if your keeping it on the trailer then you neither bother. Has been moored on Christchurch river so always flushed out after being in the sea. The trailer is in good condition with new bearings this year and tires are ready for a long journey if need be I promise that. The brakes are disconnected as well and truly shot in all honesty.

It tows well just as it did today 20 miles to Southampton where I live. The boat comes with-New stereo just four months old with all wireless functionality to play music from your phone or take phone calls etc. Four fendersBoat hookBrand new anchor used just once yesterday. Lighting boardStrap clamping it to trailer so ready to go! The boat can be seen running on the driveway on viewing for as long as you like as the engine is faultless.
