We've had many happy hours with Miss Magoo but we've bought a bigger boat so its time for her to go to a new home. In the time we've had her we've undertaken a huge amount of preventative maintenance works to both improve the look and longevity. We have a huge history file showing that she was originally bought in Loch Lomond where she spent about 15 years before moving onto the Norfolk Broads which is where we bought her from.
She's only ever been run in fresh water and with exceptionally low engine hours its not surprising that there isn't any sign of rust on the all important risers. We've summarised the works undertaken below, including a link to lots of pictures so you can see for yourself and a walkthrough video. The BSS expires on 4th Sept 2025 and she passed with no advisories whatsoever. We have a marina close by with crane lift facilities should you wish to move to another waterway. If you stay on the Avon then she's fully licenced for this year.
