Powerboat With Trailer

Chriscraft Concept 27 I have owned her for about 8 years, I had both engines completely rebuilt, new pistons, camshafts etc. Also new manifolds & risers about 5 years ago, she has had hardly any use since then, breaks my heart to sell her but kids have grown up & have other interests now She was in the water very briefly last year but when lockdown happened I put her back on the trailer & brought her home.She has been dry stacked most of her life Now both engines will need some attention; Starboard engine will not start, it has petrol coming out of the air filter, so a fault with fuel injection systemPort engine starts & runs perfectly but risers are partially blocked & either need removing & cleaning or they need replacing, (Trickett Marine in Poole keeps these in stock) They are 5.0l fuel injected V8's She is sitting on a 3500kg trailer which had all wheel bearings replaced last year before boat was moved, however brakes need attention As you can see from the pictures the interior of the cabin is immaculate, all upholstery is perfect, as is all the upholstery in the cockpitRear seating converts to a double bedStainless steel propsVHF RadioShore power hook upBuilt in battery charger (batteries are good)Raw water toilet, Proper toilet with a door that shuts for us ladies! (does not have holding tank)Has approximately 200litre fresh water tankFresh water transom showerFuel tank is approximately 250litresLarge cold box which works very wellSingle ring cookerBlue LED lights in cockpit, looks fantastic at nightRadio is working perfectly, has speakers inside & outsideTV does not work but easy to replace as all wiring etc is thereFire suppression system in engine bay Stainless Steel fishing rod holders x 2I have an almost new cockpit tonneau cover in blueShe has a full height cockpit cover in perfect condition (blue) which converts to a bimini & all windows in it are brand new The teak decking on swim platforms is proper Tek-Dek composite teak & not the rubbish that resembles cheap lino She is very fast, will do 60+mph I have been up to 45mph in her anything faster is beyond my skill level, she is definitely not suitable for pottering up a river at 4mph! She would be best kept in a marina or a dry stack, I have towed her to Portsmouth & back a couple of times with a 3,500kgs towing capacity pick up truck but not something to make a habit of as she is a very solidly built boat, no comparison to a Bayliner! She is currently kept in RG31 postcode area in a secure park, about 2 miles from the M4 junction 11, buyer would need to move her within 2 weeks of sale or alternatively it may be possible to keep the parking at a cost of £45 per month TBA with owner of land No silly offers please as if both engines were working perfectly I would be listing her for around 30k & new price of trailer alone would be in excess of 5k I have described the good & bad points to the best of my knowledge,any potential buyer is of course welcome to arrange a survey at their own expense To arrange to come & view her or further questions call me on 0phonenot after 9pm please Sorry not interested in part ex's
