Cruisers Yachts Rogue 2670. 1996. *** PRICE REDUCED *** PRICE REDUCED *** Against advice I've dropped the price. Only reason is if she doesn't sell soon she'll be wrapped up for winter & not available again until spring 2022. SUMMER BARGAIN This boat was my dream project leading up to my retirement. I've owned her for 9 years & have spent an absolute fortune on her.
She is a really beautiful boat and gets complimented everywhere we go. I have an extensive record of the work done. Length – 8m Beam – 3m Sitting on a very heavy duty aluminium American 4 wheel trailer. She is 4/6 birth with full headroom (I’m 6’4”). There is a double bedroom under the helm (I fit in no problem), a separate head with new electric toilet (with macerator pump & waste tank).
The galley has fitted fridge and lots of storage space. There is a fresh water tank but I’ve never used it (it will need flushing/cleaning). The seats have been re-upholstered and look great and she has a full canopy. She has full 240v hook up with lots of plug sockets along with a 12v system (3 nearly new deep cycle batteries). A TV and new stereo system is included.
She runs 2 Volvo Penta 4.3GS petrol engines sitting in a huge engine compartment, which were both completely rebuilt and run very smoothly mated to twin Volvo Penta DP C1 duo prop drives with excellent undamaged props. These motors are just ticking over at river cruising speeds and so very economical (unless you open them up!). The boat safety certificate has expired but she will pass no problem as nothing has changed since the last one. She’s registered and has an MMSI number & call sign. There is a new VHF radio, a depth finder and older (fully working) chart plotter.
Also comes with an anchor with plenty of chain and stainless dinghy davits. As always, there are jobs to do, mostly electrical as a result of standing for around 4 years. Connectors will need cleaning and some relays will need replacement. The trim & tilt are currently not working but both pumps were stripped and were working fine when laid up. It is certainly just connectors/relays.
This is reflected in the price. I have just run both motors and they are smooth and quiet – they are barely run in since the re-builds. I’m only selling as I live abroad most of the time now and the boat just doesn’t get used which is such a shame. I’ve had some independent valuations putting the boat at around £22K. As the boat has been standing & “sea trials” are not possible I’ve priced her at a very reasonable figure.
I can run both motors on “muffs”. £14,999 with the trailer or £11,999 without. Currently at in secure storage at Hythe, Kent & viewings must be booked. Please message me for any more details or pictures. Many thanks & safe boating.
