Trailer is good, greased and bearings checked. Repair work carried out on the rim and a new rubbing strake fitted with S/S fixings.
This has a halfords battery which has easily held its charge all winter long, a garmin fish finder is useful for knowing your depth. There is a boarding ladder on the transom. We have used her for pulling a ringo with the kids- great fun. All in all a brilliant package. The engine is quiet and frugal and above all reliable.
The layout is what attracted us to this type of boat design as we can have the kids in the front and see them whilst driving. This included a fitted cover and a baggier second cover, plenty of ropes and fenders and an aerial, rod holders plus a decent anchor that holds her in strong currents no problem.
