27ft Four Winns Vista

Here for sale is my 27ft Four Winns Vista, she is a beautiful sturdy boat that’s recently had a refit of the cabin area. Features include:- Electronic auto sea toilet (almost new). Recently refitted cabin New induction hobNew electric oven Shore power hookup 240v sockets Clipper battery info display Led cabin lights12v / 240v fridge brand new Led deck lights Blue Led lights on swim platform Large anchor with 30ft chain and 100ft of rope in anchor locker Fold away stainless steel ladder on swim platform Hydraulic power steering Trim tabs New EVA foam teak in grey Hot and cold pressurised water (hot water heater will need refitting but all plumbing it there) Will need a new rubbing strake which can be purchased approx £280 and easily fitted No cover or frame although she does come with a large amount of new grey canvas as I was going to have one made, as for the frame I can make a folding stainless frame for the new owner (negotiable separately) Sleeps roughly 4 adults in two bunks - two in front V bunk and two in stern bunk. Engine and drive:- Engine is a Yamaha 7.4l 454 V8 coupled to a Yamaha Hydradrive leg which I am told are quite rare and are used a lot in commercial applications due to their durability. Since owning I have had the leg services including bellows etc at a cost of £580 in parts (receipt to prove) I have also replaced the coil pack, distributor cap, rotor arm, HT leads and plugs and she’s had an engine flush and oil change in the last 2 months.

My plan was to change the carburettor from the current Rochester quadra jet to a edelbrock 750cfm carb as the rochesters are famed for being difficult to tune, edelbrock carbs are available for approx £500 and is a straight like for like swap. Trailer:- Trailer is a very heavy duty twin axle trailer with recent new bearings, tires are almost new with loads of tread left and tows really well. Trailer alone will fetch a minimum £2800 I’m in no rush to sell, if she doesn’t sell for sensible money I’ll keep her, finish her off and she’ll be worth 15/16k next year, so please no silly offers of 5k etc. ***OPEN TO PX WHY*** So there you have it, any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
