Four Winn’S 170 Freedom Bow Rider

I’m selling my boat I bought last winter as a project , bit fed up with it as I have no covered area to work on it in , I’ve never used it but it can be seen running on the hose pipe. 3.0l 4 cyl supposed to do about 40 mph. Since I’ve had it I got the engine running , fixed trailer brakes and fitted new wheel bearings plus general tinkering about. I believe it could be used as it is but you need to make your own mind up on that as I say I’ve never used it, things I know it needs done are:Trim pump works goes up and down fine, but if left up will slowly go down over about 8 hours, maybe a check ball contaminated or something. I assume not a problem to use as you want it down.

Seats and trim split in places due to some of it drying out, see pictures . As I say I think it is useable as it is engine starts and runs fine , gets up to temperature ok. However I do not know anything else that may need doing (maybe nothing), you need to accept it’s a bit of a project and work through it, just trying to be honest, I think it will be a fun boat to use. Some gauges work ok, some not so good like rpm reads high but easy fix i think needle just needs reseting. Will not post, collection and payment within 1 week of purchase.
