Glastron 17ft Speedboat With Trailer

Glastron 17 ft complete with trailer.just needs an outboard of your choice. Trailer has brand new tyres fitted.I will check or replace the bearings before it leaves my house.A winch is advised to be fitted for easier boat recovery from the water.please bring a lighting board for your vehicle and also a cover if it will rain on collection day. The clever outboard well was fabricated by me in place of the inboard engine so the cover simply hinges over the outboard so that from a distance you would think it still has an inboard engine. There is a steering wheel and cable fitted for recommended use of up to 40hp.(larger heavy duty steering cables are available).you will need to connect this to your outboard which may need some modification or tinkering.I was going to fit a 20hp engine for river and Norfolk Broads use. There are 2 cast aluminium based (not steel) composite seats fitted with plenty of space in the rear to install at least another 2 seats of your choice.
All the interior trim panels have been re covered in new,light grey,faux leather. The boat is totally original gel coat.It has not been painted at all except obviously for the anti-foul paint.under the boat. It looks very very good for its age (1990?).It does have a few scratches as to be expected due to use and age but they are superficial and can be used straight away. There is an original Glastron alloy boarding ladder which is designed specifically for this boat(very expensive piece of kit). I would really like this boat to go to someone who knows a thing or two about boats so that I can have a good chat about it to you.I have now bought a cabin boat which better suits my family(you can probably see it on a couple of the photos) so I need the space now.I have always kept this boat in my garage so it is bone dry!
I will end the auction early for a decent offer because I would rather sell to someone who has seen it due to the amount of idiots on classifieds board who don’t show up to buy.Im looking at around £1100.Dont forget that includes the trailer. All messers are reported and blocked.Thanks for looking.
