Hurley 22 Sailing Boat

Here I am selling my lovely little sailing boat,reason for sale I'm getting to old to sail her on my own so have decided to hang up my compass and stick to gardening.please note this is not a project boat, she is fully equipped and ready to sail away,she is in good condition for her age no defects that I know of she has small marks and scuffs all over as you would expect for a boat of this age.no osmosis in the hull and still has original gel coat on hull in good condition and polishes up nicely,original sea toilet spotless clean and perfect working order ,basic Electronics all in working order auto helm depth sounder trailing log vhf all working,hand held and rocket flares ( out of date but stil useable). Brand new immersion suit life jackets horse shoe life ring with light all in working order.two gas bottles cooking utensils crockery cutlery, 4/5 spare sails main and Genoa good selection of ropes and fenders anchor and chain.there is more stuff but I think you get the picture she is a loved and looked after sailer ready to go. She is kept in Swansea yacht club and has her own river mooring and winter lay up berth alongside the wall in the club grounds,all fees are paid up until October 2019 the mooring and layup are part of the sale ( if you want) by arrangement with cub committee ) she has a seagull 5 horse outboard which is old and basic and temperamental but reliable,you may want to upgrade to a newer modern outboard ?.transom boarding ladder transom bracket for aux engineI'm going to stop now,but please feel free to message me with any queries you may have.Please don't waste your time with silly offers if she doesn't sell I'll donate her to sea scouts ,I will not sell her outside of auction so don't ask and she will run to end of auction unless I pull her out as she is advertised elsewhere.Not sure year of build think it's 1980 or there abouts
