Sailing Yacht

This is my Hurley 22 ( Astramare)which I am selling due to not having the time to spend on her. She needs a bit of attention to be able to head out to sea, however it is not much for someone with time and enthusiasm. Covid problems meant that unable to sort out proper maintenance this year.This is a great boat that could be on the sea with very little work (and a bit more work to make it pretty). The mooring is paid for until April next year so when it is bought there is no rush to move it and probably could remain on the mooring afterwards on payment of mooring fees (need to discuss with harbour master). It starts fine, but there is no water coming out of the 'tell' so water pump needs attention and probably a service for the engine.The mainsail got shredded on a windy day, I have a replacement sail, it just needs fitting.Toilet valve is broken, it is repairable however easier to replace toilet ( about £110).The brown fiberglass decorative bits on the deck and hatch are tired and flaking ( Solid Fiberglass underneath so fully watertight).I have purchased some none slip matting to cover ( about £300 worth) which is included in the price, see photo
