Larson Bowrider 5.7 V8 Power/ski Boat.

Unused for 5 years due to ill heath, but its been dry stored for that time. I put a battery and clean fuel in and it started an ran fine until it started tapping on the left side. I was told it is probably a sticking valve due to standing for so long so i switched it off to avoid damage. It spins on the starter with no sound but i will not try to start it again. When it started the power trim and tilt, power steering and gears all worked fine the gearbox was overhauled by the previous owner. The tyres hold air, more than that I cant say.
