Project Boat; Larson 254 Cabrio 26ft Family Motor Cruiser In Need Of Engine Work

No reserve auction for a project family cruiser boat. We have owned this boat for six years and this year decided to buy a bigger boat, Seafari was prepared for sale and lock down happened, after lockdown she was moved to award for a clean up and it was discovered that she has a suspected cracked exhaust header that has caused ingress of water to the engine. Best case the header needs repairing or replacing, a new starter motor and she may well run, otherwise it will require an engine rebuild or replacement. The leg is a Volvo SX drive in good order, cockpit upholstery is good fr its age, the cabin upholstery is OK for a season or 2 but could do with new covers, there are new carpets for the cockpit, need fitting and the electric flush toilet needs a new vacuum pump.
