Maxum 1900 Sc Sports Boat, Cuddy Cabin Speed Boat Project

Maxum 1900SC 1998Boat was purchased last year, I replaced all the bearings on the trailer gave it a good polish all over and purchased a £600 full tailor made storage cover. On its first outing the engine wasn't working correctly. After inspecting it it was decided to remove engine to get it fully sorted. Long and short of it is the engine was complete scrap. So I've now decided that I'm cutting my loses and selling it off as a project, so basically it's the complete boat, with twin axle trailer, minus the engine and leg.

The power tilt and steering pumps are all still left in the boat, so it just needs and engine and leg. The boat is is in lovelly condition for its age, hence why I bought it. Seats aren't ripped or gone hard. It's got the GRP floor so no problems with rotting floors in these. It's a nice project that if you have and engine you can get up and running very quickly.

I'm being totally honest with the sale, unlike who I paid nearly £9k to last year. I'm losing a lot of money but someone could grab a real bargain and a very nice boat. This age of maxum was the best they built, a lot high quality than bayliners of the same age and better styling and more modern than searays etc of the same period.
