1996 Maxum 2700SCR on 1997 Tri-axle Trailer Project SOLD AS IS It is with a heavy heart we are selling our boat. My husbands heath issues have made it impossible for use to keep it. We have owned her since 2007. I have listed it as a project as she was last used in summer 2020 on the return she lost reverse gear due to the gearshift cable breaking. The Brave 3 leg was remover and serviced (not re fitted) whilst a new gearshift cable was bought to be fitted.
Then the covid lock downs struck, during covid my husband had health issues this ensued with and operation which he has not fully recovered. She is stored on here tri-axle trailer, at the Weymouth and Portland sailing academy. She will be dirty, and in need of a good clean with flat batteries, the photo’s are how she was. She is fitted with the 8.2L (Gen.V) petrol Mericruser off the top of my head the engine counter shows approx 260-ish hours. She has summer full canopy and winter canopy which may need a patch or two.
The tyres may need air also. She will sleep 6 comfortably in 2 main bed for and aft plus the dinette goes down to make another small double. Study the photo’s as there is to much to mention. We had her fitted with a swim platform which made it ideal for the family. She has never been converted from her USA electric as we used a 110 volt transformer with the shore power.
The storage fees have been paid up till the end of March 2024.The tri-axle trailer will need a good servicing. If I can get down to her I will get some up to date photo’s and add them. Dimensions: 29'9" length overall, Beam 9'8", Draft 39". Engine: Mercruiser 8.1L Bravo3 outdrive 415 HP. Cruising speed 20-35mph, Top Speed: 45mph.
She was well maintained with regular oil changes and tune ups. Approximately 260 hrs. Tankage: Fuel 103 gallons, Water 30 gallons, Holding Tank 16 gallons. Accomodations: Sleeps 6 with double berth forward and double berth aft, dinette, jabsco toilet, 2 burner electric and gas stove, stainless steel sink and refrigerator, cabin a/c, no hot water tank. Electronics: GPS, Radar arch, VHF Radio, CD Player, Depth finder, fish finder, water temp gauge, Tach/Oil/Temp and Fuel Guages, Trim Tabs, Electrical: Shore Power w/cord, On board Battery Charger, Batteries, 3 in Total.
Hull & Deck: Fiberglass, entertainment cockpit seats 6 with table option and cooler, full camper canvas top fully enclosed, windlass anchor, swim platform, cold rinse shower on swim platform, and barbeque. SOLD AS IS
