Maxum 2700SE - 2004 - 28ft Sports Cruiser

2004 Maxum 2700SE - 28ft Power Boat - Mercruiser 350 Petrol Inboard with 350 hours (low usage) Due to having a lack of time on my hands, I am reluctantly selling my 2700SE which is moored on Windermere. She was only lifted onto the lake back in March and since then, I simply haven't had the time to get up there as much as I hoped. She is a fantastic example of the American designed power boat which can be used for a multitude of things including pleasure cruising, overnight trips, hosting friends, wake boarding and fishing etc. I will be sad to see her go but as a new father, I don't envisage having much more time for her in the near future. The boat was previously moored at York Marina where she was purchased before I had her.Upper Seating - Fully carpeted. A stunning area with very clean, white vinyl upholstery and a table at the back. There is one couch, a double seat at the helm and a seating for another 4 round the table. You can get 8 people up there comfortably. It's very nice with the canopy down.Forward Deck - Spacious and solid with enough room for 2 people sunbathing. You can access via steps from the helm and the windscreen opens up. There is an electric anchor windless with remote controls at the helm and bow fo easy anchor control. Swim Platform - A decent size with retractable access ladders and a gate that lock from the inside. Rigged with a bracket for a tender.Canopy - Multiple pieces that zip together and on to the frame. This gives loads of height, enough to stand up in with plenty of head space. The seagulls have pooped on the top many times over the years and you can see patch where it has faded the colour slightly but this is only cosmetic. The condition is great with no damage and its fully waterproof. Below Deck - There is a kitchen area with microwave, electric stove, sink with hot and cold water.Plenty of storage. The front area converts from a dining area to a large double berth. There is a LG LED TV with media streaming capabilities. The bathroom (head) is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and more storage for toiletries. To the rear is a dedicated double berth.All lights have been upgraded to LED internally and externally. I've struggled to get a new one for this boat but it's a cheap and easy repair (less than £50). The boat is on a swinging mooring on Lake Windermere. It's very close to Ferry Nab which is great for parking and tender access.The mooring has had a new block and chain installed which cost £600. The mooring can be taken on by the new owner, as long as they act quickly. I also have a 6ft tender with 3.5hp outboard and a 2.4kw generator which I will sell, as a separate negotiation. The new leisure batteries have plenty of power to keep you on the water for a weekend and the storable solar panel keeps the batteries topped up when not in use. Viewings can be arranged on appointment only.I live 1 hour away from the Lake so it's not very convenient for me.
