Maxum Ssl 2400 5.7 v8 Merc, Speed Boat Cuddy 24ft, Needs Some Work

For sale is this 1994 Maxum 2400 SSL 24 foot speed boat with cuddy, fitted with a 5.7 V8 Mercruiser engine and alpha 1 Gen 2 outdrive. The cuddy will sleep two adults and has a small sink and port-a-loo under the seats. She’s a pretty rare boat and looks great but requires a little work to make her perfect again. A small section of the rear floor was removed due to being a little soft, this hasn’t been replaced as yet, the engine cover had a small section of wood around the bottom, this also needs fixed.Lastly, last year the engine wasn’t winterised properly, and there is an external crack on the lower half of the block, this could be repaired with grinding out and filling with a chemical metal or similar - as it’s not under pressure or internal it can be fixed relatively easily. Comes with the framework for the Bimini cover and a winter cover, and also a table for the deck area.The boat comes with an American trailer - non braked.
