Nelson 18 Motor Launch

For sale is my beloved Nelson (Halmatic) 18ft harbour launch, i initially purchased her locally some years ago, since then, have put countless hours into her to get her where she is today. If you are reading this and are familiar with the area you may recall the 'Bosham Launch' workboat. She was used by the quaymaster to service and maintain moorings in Bosham and tow boats around for many years, well this is her now. When I purchased her she had a 3 cylinder Lister air cooled engine, I decided to remove it and fitted and updated reconditioned Volvo 30hp water cooled engine as pictured. During my restoration i have extensively restored her to her former glory with everything replaced from fuel lines, exhaust hoses,fenders, throttle cables, fuel tank etc.

I have managed to keep her character as a work boat however giving her a swish look for a pleasure craft. She gets compliments wherever she goes! She is set out with an aft seating area and a mid-mounted engine box and a bench at the bow covered with a collapsible spray hood.
