Nelson 40built as a motor yacht but most recently used as a pilot boat,Wheel house above engine bay, aft cabin with 2 single berth, aft head,forward of the wheel house 3 steps down to galley to port and head to starboard,food locker to starboard,main saloon 2 single berths, crash bulkhead and chainlocker forward.This boat will make a great project for someone to finish, it is afloat in Yarmouth Harbour on the Isle off Wight.lots of equipment included in sale.
